at some of the equipment we use in our workshop for magneto servicing
and overhauls.
In this example of the use of a Universal EasyCap in a
Wico-Pacy Series 90 flywheel magneto, as kindly submitted by Martyn
Tuffery, the EasyCap is mounted on the anchor post for the
contact-breaker spring. The fixing screw, nut, CB spring and the face of
the EasyCap circuit board on the capacitor side, are all live and
connected to the live LT wire of the ignition coil. The other face of
the EasyCap circuit board is in electrical contact with the earthed
anchor post.
